Student Workshop :
A student workshop was carried out in few schools in first week of January 2008. About 400 students from six schools participated in the student workshop in their respective schools. The session was on biodiversity, climate change and its consequences impacts on hydrology and water resources, industries and their impacts on human health.
Field trip:
Followed by Student workshop a field trip was organized by WWF in different schools to bring the passion within the students towards conserving natural resources. Students were took to National Institute of Rural Development to understand about different types of renewable energy resources and their management i.e., solar energy, recycling of paper and other wastes, making of dyes from vegetable, vermicompost and many more nature based units.
