Species action plan

For the Science, Social Science, and Environment Science teachers

ACTIVITY PLAN:

•    Species are getting endangered today due to global warming refer to the teacher booklet

•    Polar species are reducing in numbers due to global warming

•    Case study of Arctic and Antarctic species would include:
o    Arctic tern
o    Musk ox
o    Polar bear
o    Penguins
o    Seals
o    Walrus
o    Albatross
o    Arctic fox


•    Each student could do their findings on any one species above or any other species

•    They could also take up species in India and bring out the impact of deforestation on these species


•    Can make an interesting and colorful board on the Web of Life  or just put the species action plan of each student
