Definitions:
Climate change: The earth’s climate keeps on changing but it is believed that the extreme changes taking place today are a result of human activity .This may affect the stability of the earth’s climate and all forms of life.
Greenhouse effect: The earth acts as a greenhouse as gases like carbon dioxide,
methane and nitrous oxides etc trap the sun’s heat and moderate the temperature on earth. Increase in concentration of these gases leads to global warming
Evidences of global warming: Rise in temperatures by 0.6 C and rise of sea levels by 10-20 cm due to the expansion of warming oceans.
Make a classroom display of the earth yesterday and today-
Bring out the multicolor of nature yesterday and the black and white of the urban environment today
