ACTIVITY PLAN:

•    An introduction to the kinds of appliances used today.

•    Let the students make at least 10-15 suggestions.

•    Let the students list the importance of the appliances. Can we do without some of the appliances?

•    Ask them to guess the energy consumption of these appliances
In this activity we discover the number and kind of appliances we have in our home. We compare this information with the appliances an adult had in his or her home a generation ago.
Make a class display showing photographs of your lifestyle as well as your parents and grandparents
